Turkish ForeignMin: Turkey not responsible for Islamic state camps located in south of 'safe zone'

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu recently crossed the wires, via Reuters, noting that the Islamic State prisoners located within 'safe zone' in Syria are Turkey's responsibility.
