Speculators trimmed bullish positions on Silver for the second week

FXStreet (Mumbai) - As per the data released by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), speculators slightly decreased their silver bullish bets last week for a second straight week.

The non-commercial futures contracts of Comex silver futures saw a weekly change of -7,536 contracts to total a net net position of +34,545 contracts. The weekly bullish positions rose by 1,824 contracts combined with an increase in the weekly bearish positions by 5,712 contracts.

Meanwhile, during the time period - April 7th to April 14th - silver price declined from approximately USD 16.84/Oz to USD 16.16/Oz.
